In the unlikely event that the repair CD cannot fix your computer automatically, you can ask it to allow one of our in-house IT experts to remote control your PC and perform a manual repair. (The cost of this CD will then be deducted from the cost of Remote Support).

It is even possible to perform remote data recovery using this CD.

What can't it do?

If there is absolutly nothing that happens when you press the power button on your PC, Laptop etc then there is no way this CD will ever get the chance to load!

How do I use it?

Even if you can't get into Windows simply do the following:

Power on your machine.

Press the CD eject button.

Insert the CD and close the tray.

Power off your machine.

Power your machine on again.

The CD will automatically boot and repair your PC, Laptop, Netbook.

Sit back and relax or come back later to see how it's getting on.

I don't have a CD drive on my computer!

We can supply the CD on a USB stick for an extra £5.00.

Most modern Laptops and Netbooks, without a CD drive, can boot from a USB pen drive.
