If it's a Laptop put it in it's padded carry case first.

Regrettably our courier won't be able to help you unplug your PC but if you give us a call we will gladly walk you through the simple process over the phone.

We do not require your; Monitor, Printer, Scanner, Keyboard, Mouse or any Cables. However, Program disks, that came with your computer, can speed up the repair of a badly corrupt machine. Note; we will never wipe your machine. Disk simply let us replace individual corrupt files with their original versions. We are experts with in-house programmers and IT technicianswho can remove any virus/spyware/malware.

We will come to your door and collect the boxed and addressed PC, Laptop or Netbook.
And it will immediately begin its carefull yet expedient journey to our central laboratory.

As soon as your computer arrives safely at our laboratory will carefully unpack it and update you, informing you of its safe arrival.

Your data will be protected and then your machine will begin its 28 point diagnosis in our state-of-the-art, high efficiency, laboratory.
As all machines are diagnosed and repaired by engineers with at least 10 years, front line, IT experience so rest assured it will be thorough.
First Fault diagnosis can, however, take from 15 minutes to a full day (for machines with intermittent problems) but as always the engineer will update you as necessary.

If it's a software problem (MS Windows, a program, or a virus for example) the engineer will update you and commence the repair imediately
If it's a hardware problem (A phsyical peice of equipment at faoult such as a blown Motherboard or Processor) the engineer will seek the cost of a replacement part then call you to discuss before continuing any further. In the unlikely event we do not carry the item in stock we will also inform you of any procurement lead time.
If you are happy with our competitive replacement part quote, the only additional cost you will incour is for the replacement part itself.
If you believe the machine is financially beyond repair we will send it back to you with the faulty part and a full diagnosis report.

The initial fee covers all engineer time regardless of the work involved to rectify the issue.

We guarantee that only engineers with at least 10 years front line IT experience will conduct the repair and your computer will then be tested to ensure its stability.
All hardware carries the originall manufacturers guarantee and we personally guarantee our software work against recorrence of the same fault*.

We will then return your fully repaired computer, in its original packaging.

We will have included a full diagnostics report and also a diagram, to assist you in plugging the cables back into their original positions.
If you do have any queries you can call us and speak directly to the engineer listed on your diagnosis/repair report.
